The home sits on 9 fenced acres in the middle of a nature preserve and connected to the local bike / hiking path. We are right on the river; put in for canoes and kayaks is across the street. Walking distance from Panola State Park. We are an active retired couple; we live upstairs and are easily accessible if you need us, but tend to stay out of your way if you don't.
