Hello, my name Cindy and I would love to welcome you to Salt lake City! The space available is our fully furnished guest bedroom that includes a large closet with storage, a bed, a mini fridge, a large desk, a full body length mirror, and more. Along with the private room, your stay also includes all amenities offered in our house which includes but is not limited too, access to the kitchen and all common areas, your own privet set of kitchen utensils, dishes, and cooking supplies, toiletries, cleaning supplies, WiFi, electrical, and more. We currently have two dogs on the property; a golden retriever and a maltease. They are super friendly and love new people! We are located 7 minutes away from downtown, and 6 minutes away from the airport with easy access to public transportation. When booking with us, we do have a security deposit and formal rental contact that is paid, signed, and agreed upon by both parties before you officially move in. We aren't that strict with pricing so feel free to negotiate with us for what you feel is fair. We prefer you have renters insurance but it is not required for your stay. If you have a pet, they must be fully vaccinated and a second non-refundable security deposit will be required for their stay. We will do a formal inspection with you of the room and space before you settle in to make sure everything is to your liking.
