The room is upstairs and it is a very large bedroom with bed, dresser, TV, desk, internet, microwave, keurig, refrigerator, storage cabinet, self controlled heat and air conditioning (and more), with a full bathroom just a few steps outside of the room. Folding treadmill. Bike trails nearby. Shared small laundry room downstairs. Engineer and Nurse (former travel nurse) owners live downstairs.
