Host is helpful, friendly and interested in guests having a positive experience. We share all areas of house especially areas such as bathroom and kitchen. Provided is fresh bedding, laundry facilities, cooking facilities,... both bedrooms have queen size bed, side tables, desk, double closet, large window overlooking backyard and garden. Rocky Point is 7 minutes from house with much festival, music & food all summer, kayaking, canoeing, boating or Burnaby mountain, Simon Fraser University, lots of hiking, nature, down town Vancouver is 30 minutes by car and 45 to 50 minutes via sky train, bus stop is directly across the street from home with 7 minute ride to either Port Moody or Burquitlam sky train stations. Port Moody is located on Burrard Inlet and central to Coquitlam, Burnaby, New Westminster and Vancouver. One of the best places to live in lower Mainland :-)
